The 30-day guarantee

If you do not have a clearer picture of your county within 30 days of your first payment, write to us and we will refund that payment in full. You keep the Area Intelligence Handbook. We do not ask you to justify it.

After 30 days

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account page; access continues to the end of the period you have paid for, and we do not refund part-periods after the first 30 days.

How to ask

Email us from the address on your account and say you want the guarantee. Refunds go back to the card that paid, through Stripe, and usually land within five to ten business days depending on your bank.
